The entire process is fully automated and works without media discontinuity between all involved parties (creditors, debtors, banks). The entire data-transfer is encrypted and every participant must be authenticated.

ems can be of interest for companies of different sectors and for different payment-situations. Examples for comanies: Web-shops, insurance-companies, telephone-providers, suppliers, real-estate-companies, etc.. Examples for payment-situations: Purchase of products or services, insurance-rates, home-purchase-savings-rates, deferred payments, etc..

e-Mandate-Service-creditor-agreement:
If you want to offer ems as a creditor you will have to close a creditor-agreement for processing e-mandates based on the standards defined within ems. Please contact your bank in this manner.
